Jay's Yard Maintenance & Tree Service was founded in 1992 by Jay, who built the company on honesty, reliability, and quality workmanship. During those early years, Faustino Vasquez worked alongside Jay, learning the business firsthand and sharing the same dedication to exceptional service.

When Jay decided it was time to step away, he entrusted the company to Faustino. It wasn't simply the sale of a business. It was the passing of a legacy to someone who shared the same values and vision for the future.

Under Faustino's leadership, Jay's Yard Maintenance & Tree Service grew from a small landscape maintenance company into a full-service landscape, tree care, and outdoor living contractor serving homeowners, businesses, and community associations throughout Central New Jersey. While the company expanded, its commitment to honest work, dependable service, and lasting relationships never changed.

Today, the next generation continues that legacy. Lindsey Vasquez works alongside her father, combining decades of practical field experience with professional landscape design expertise to provide clients with thoughtful, comprehensive outdoor solutions.

Although the company has evolved over the past three decades, one thing has remained constant: treating every property as if it were our own and every customer like family.
